What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is a small titanium screw that is placed in the jawbone in place of a missing tooth. It replaces the root and serves as the basis for a crown, bridge or denture. Implants are made of a biocompatible material that is well tolerated by the body and allows for natural and gentle restoration of the dental rows.
How does implant treatment work?
